Weight Loss Tips
Keep a journal of every single thing that you eat and drink for a week that way you can identify the items that are hindering your weight loss.
  1. Replace sugar with natural local honey.
  2. Reduce your intake of alcohol, coffee and chocolate. Drinking Green tea has been shown to reduce belly fat (yay!) because it helps you lose visceral fat around your abdomen.
  3. Only eat seasonal locally grown fruit in moderation. Fruit contains sugar.
  4. Remove deadly nightshade from your diet – potatoes, tomatoes, peppers.  Some of the negative side effects of consuming nightshade foods include; wind, bloating, heartburn, nausea and joint pain due to inflammation. There are many factors to nightshade intolerance because every individual’s digestive system is unique.
